Classes For All Bodies

Always wanted to have a yoga practice but didn’t feel like it was for you? I’m here to change all that.

Yoga is for all bodies, especially yours.

Yoga Club

Virtual Yoga Classes brings yoga to you at any time no matter where you are. Think of it like a step up from taking a class in studio & watching a pre-recorded class from home.

Private Yoga

Private Yoga Classes gives you a more personal and customized practice. I will create a session catered to you and your needs.

Naked Yoga

One of the easiest ways to connect to your body is to do it NAKED. I understand that nudity means vulnerability. That’s why I created 2 different ways depending on your level of comfort.

Are you certified?

I completed YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) in 2018. That means I have completed all of the necessary elements as listed by the International Yoga Alliance to become a certified teacher. I’ve studied yoga philosophy, anatomy, postures, and history. I’ve also taken some continuing education classes to study Yin Yoga.

I have health issues. Can I still do yoga?

Yoga is for everyone. Most individuals can still practice yoga with modifications and props. You can do yoga in a chair, in the bed, on the floor or against a wall.

I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and still maintain a consistent yoga practice.

I recommend speaking to your healthcare professional before beginning any health and wellness program.

Is Yoga a Religion?

It is not. It is a philosophy that began in India an estimated 5,000 years ago. You do not need to be religious or spiritual to practice the asanas or postures in yoga.

What Style of Yoga do you teach?

Hatha yoga is a general term that covers all physical aspects of yoga. Everyone who goes through YTT is taught Hatha yoga. Hatha Yoga classes are gentle, yoga poses that are suitable for all. There is a stop between poses and you will have time to prepare for the next one. You will still be stretching, exercising, burning calories and toning up. There will be focus on breathing techniques, alignment, relaxation all while working on strength and flexibility.

I specialized in Yin and Restorative yoga. Many of these poses are on the floor, use props and held for 3-5 minutes. I also incorporate body positivity, energy healing and self love into my classes.

How often should I practice yoga?

All bodies are different. I teach that it is important to listen to your own body. I know that sessions are typically advertised for 30, 60 and even 90 minutes long. That may not work for you.

15-mins several time a week may be what your body can handle at the moment. There is no shame in that. DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOU. A little bit of yoga several days is better than a lot of yoga once a week. This isn’t Instagram, this is real life.

What do I need for my first yoga class?

All you need is you. Yoga clothing or mats aren’t necessary in most cases. All you need are comfortable clothing and a little bit of space.

You will also need internet access and a camera for virtual classes. Most mobile phones or laptops will work.

We will go over any specifics during out 15 min consult.

You. Are. Worth. It.
